Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where you received the wrong order.

At Silk & Sugga, every cookie is made fresh to order with care and attention. Because of the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, flavor preference, or uncollected orders.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund or remake your order at no charge only if:

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a description of the issue and a photo of the incorrect items.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you received the wrong order, please reach out to us on Instagram at @silkandsugga within 24 hours of pickup. Include your order details and a photo so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds for:

Uncollected Orders

If you are unable to pick up your order on the agreed date, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Uncollected orders are not eligible for a refund as cookies are made fresh and cannot be resold.
